PRICING

Our prices, thanks to the excellent relations with our supplier Hotels, transport companies and operators in general, are highly competitive, and are valid for all of year 2005.

Nevertheless, the prices can be changed at any time of the year and without notice because of new Government regulations and changes.
The prices are per person, in double room and in american dollars US$

All airfares and bus fares are subject to change and availability.


PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All the payments are 100% thirty days prior to departure, because to guarantee quality, we must pre-pay 30 days prior to your arrival date the spaces in hotels and many other services.

All passengers are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be charged if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date of a passenger. The following fees apply to the cancellation:

  • 30 to 16 days prior = US$ 350 fee
  • 15 to 07 days prior = US$ 500 fee
  • 07 to 01 days prior = 100% of total cost
RESPONSIBILITY

SILVANA TOURS SAC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any travel arrangements when deemed necessary, in the best interest of the client. We reserve the right of refuse, accept or retain any person as a member of one of our trips. Baggage is carried at owners risk throughout the tour.

The client is responsible for bringing a valid passport or other document required by the Peruvian Government.

Luggage weight limit is 44 lb. (20 Kg) per person on all local flights and terrestrial transportatation.


SILVANA TOURS SACacts only in the capacity of an AGENT upon the legal conditions that, while exercising every possible precaution, SILVANA TOURS SAC is not responsible for injury, sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay or other irregularities which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the accomplishment of the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals, strikes or acts of nature.

 

CONTROLING OUR SERVICES

At the end of the trip we need you to fill out an evaluation form. This enables us to immediately receive comments on our services and also be informed, when problems have occurred, thus keeping the standards and quality of our services at the desired level.
