Thanks to the excellent relationship we have with our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transports and operators in general), our prices can be highly competitive. There are generally valid for a period of one year. However, they may vary in any time of the year and without previous notice.
Prices are per person, in double rooms and in American dollars (US$).

Passengers must pay 100% of the invoiced amount thirty days prior to their arrival, in order to keep and guarantee the quality of our services. We must pre-pay the hotel bookings and the rest of the services thirty days prior to the date of arrival.
Every passenger is subject to penalties for booking cancellation (NO SHOW), which will be charged if a reservation is cancelled within thirty days prior to arrival. Following we indicate the penalties that are applied:

• 30 to 16 days prior to arrival = US$ 350 fee
• 15 to 07 days prior to arrival = US$ 500 fee
• 06 to 01 days prior to arrival = 100% of total cost

SILVANA TOURS reserves the right to modify or cancel any travel arrangements when deemed necessary, in the best interest of clients. Clients are responsible for their luggage throughout the trip.

SILVANA TOURS performs only as an AGENT, thus, it is not responsible for injury, sicknesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, unintentional delays or other unpredictable situations such as negligence or omissions carried  out by companies or individuals that provide us transport, lodging or other related trip service, as well as natural disasters or social disturbances.
