| Departure by bus from the city of Cusco and after an hours trip get to Chequerec (Chinchero), where the bike journey starts, going past by the Laguna de Huayco towards the archaeological complex of Moray. Continue the tour along the bridle paths leading to the town of Maras, where you will enjoy your box lunch. Since this point, it is all downhill. After lunch, continue pedaling to the Salineras de Maras (salt mines). Following the visit, continue downhill to the Sacred Valley, ending the journey at Tarabamba. This is where a transport will be waiting to transfer back to the city. |
