APURIMAC RIVER
3 Days / 2 Nights

TOUR DESCRIPTION
BREAKFAST   BOX LUNCH   LUNCH   DINNER

DAY 01
Departure to the Huallpachaca bridge (2,000m.a.s.l), located in the southeast, 4 hours away from Cusco. (We can also depart from the Sacred Valley). This afternoon, we will whitewater raft class II and III rapids for about an hour and a half until reaching the first camp site. We will enjoy there the quietness of the beautiful canyon we are standing on; as well as for the delicious dinner made by our guides.

DAY 02
Today the adventure starts rowing in the deepest part of the canyon, and one of the most beautiful throughout the journey. A stretch with class III rapids situated between walls of granite beautifully eroded by the permanent running waters. After 2 “portajes”  (sections of the river that are not rafted for safety matters), we will run the “Trinche”, fun rapid class III. After that, we will head to our next camp.

DAY 03
Full action day. We will row to “Mesa,” “Babalua” and “La Ultima Sonrisa (The Last Smile),” fun rapids class III and IV. Then, we will run class II and III sections until exiting at the Cunyac bridge. Later return to the city of Cusco.
