ITINERARY:
The journey heads towards the northwest of Huaraz on transportation up to the place called Cebollapampa, but before we will visit Carhuaz, Yungay and the two lagoons of Llanganuco. The, we start the uphill trek with some splendid views of the snowcapped mountains of Chopicalqui, Huascaran, Chacraraju, Pisco, among others. In 3 or 4 hours we arrive at the beautiful 69 lagoon that is situated below the Chacraraju snowcapped mountain. The return is about 3 hours until Cebollapampa and then on transportation to Huaraz.
