DAY 01 ARRIVAL AT LIMA (154 m.a.s.l.)
Arrival at Lima's international airport, reception, transfer and accommodation in hotel.
(Private transportation and professional personnel). Overnight.
DAY 02 LIMA / PARACAS (0 m.a.s.l.)
Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Paracas by private transportation (km. 250 almost
3.30-hour journey). Along the journey, visit the ruins of Pachacamac. Arrival at
Paracas and accommodation in hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 03 PARACAS / NASCA (588 m.a.s.l.)
Breakfast in hotel. Excursion to Ballestas Islands if weather conditions allow it
(08.00 / 10.00). Departure to Nasca by private transportation (Km. 220, almost 3-hour
journey). Along the journey, visit the Huacachina oasis in Ica. Continue to the
airport of Nasca to overfly the famous lines and figures at the Pampa de Nasca
(optional flight) and if weather conditions allow it. After the flight, accommodation
in hotel. Visit the Antonini Museum and conference with images of the Nasca culture
and lines. Overnight.
DAY 04 NASCA / AREQUIPA (2,335 m.a.s.l.)
Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Arequipa by private transportation (Km. 560, almost
9 hour journey). Arrival at Arequipa in the afternoon and accommodation in hotel.
Overnight.
DAY 05 AREQUIPA
Breakfast in hotel. Morning dedicated to visit the city and the convent of
Santa Catalina. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 06 AREQUIPA / COLCA CANYON (3,633 m.a.s.l.)
Breakfast in hotel. At morning break departure to the Colca Valley by private
transportation (Km. 170, almost 3:30 hour journey). Arrival in Chivay of the canyon,
continue to the Cruz del Condor vantage point, where one can admire the real
deepness of the canyon and if weather conditions allow it, travelers will see
many condors majestically overflying the site seeking for food. After the visit,
return to Chivay or Yanque, accommodation in hotel. Rest of the afternoon is at
leisure (chance to visit the site's spring waters). Overnight.
DAY 07 COLCA CANYON / PUNO (3,827 m.a.s.l.)  
Breakfast In hotel. Departure to Puno by private transportation, box lunch and along
the way guided visit to the necropolis of Sillustani (Km. 300, almost 6 hour journey).
Arrival in the afternoon and accommodation in hotel (For less than 10 passengers, our
guide returns to Arequipa after the excursion and the transfer from Chivay to Sillustani
will be in charge of our professional driver.). Overnight.
DAY 08 PUNO / TITICACA LAKE / PUNO 
Breakfast in hotel. Full day excursion to Titicaca Lake visiting the floating
islands of the Uros and Taquile Island. Lunch in Taquile. Overnight in hotel
in Puno.
DAY 09 PUNO / CUSCO (3,399 m.a.s.l)
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to bus station and departure to Cusco by public
tourist transportation (SIC service - Km. 396, almost 8 hour journey -
Spanish/English guide) (From 10 to more passengers, the transfer will be
performed in private transportation and guide. Visit Raqchi and Andahuaylillas
included). Lunch on the way. Along the way visit the Pukara Museum, the ruins of
Raqchi and the town and chapel of Andahuaylillas. Arrival in Cusco in the afternoon,
transfer and accommodation in hotel. Overnight.
DAY 10 CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS (2,846 m.a.s.l)
Breakfast in hotel. Full day excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
In the morning visit the picturesque craft market of Pisaq. (The market is 100%
operative on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays). Lunch in restaurant included. In the
afternoon, visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo. After the visit, accommodation in a
hotel in the Sacred Valley. Overnight. (From 10 to more passengers, the local guide
Hill stay overnight with the group in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. From 9 or less
passengers the guide will return to stay overnight in Cusco).
DAY 11 SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to Ollantaytambo station and departure to Aguas
Calientes by tourist train (Expedition train). Arrival and transfer on minivan to
the ruins. Guided visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu. In the afternoon return to
Aguas Calientes for lunch at a restaurant and then departure on Expedition train back
to Cusco. Arrival at Poroy station, reception and transfer to hotel. Overnight.
DAY 12 CUSCO
Breakfast in hotel. Morning visit to the monuments and historical neighborhoods of
the city, and to the nearby ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 13 CUSCO / LIMA
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the airport and departure to Lima on scheduled
domestic flight. Arrival, reception, transfer and accommodation in hotel. In the
afternoon, visit the colonial side of the city and the Larco Herrera Museum.
Overnight.
DAY 14 DEPARTURE FROM LIMA
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the airport at a time deemed convenient to board the
international flight. |
