We cross the Andes until reaching, after a log and demanding hike, the impressive Inca citadel of Choquequirao (that translated to Quechua means "The Cradle of Gold"). We have wanted to turn this place into the main attraction of this journey for its beauty and innovatory character to tourists. The journey ends with an essential classic visit to Cusco and Machu Picchu, heart of the great Inca civilization.

For that reason, the schedule supplies an introductory master class in cooking, flavors and aromas from Lima, to later, taste the most diverse dishes of the best restaurants available in each place being visited.
