2Silvana Tours is very pleased to present its new tour . . . CULINARY PERU.
Our objective is to not only show the main tourist places of the country, but to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our clients will participate directly in cooking classes led by the most reknown local chefs from the most prestigious restaurants of the city, that way the best of Peruvian´s culinary culture will be presented to them..

Peruvian cuisine, which is currently recognized as one of the world´s best by experts, has become our strength; Lima, on the other side, is currently addressed as the capital of Latin America´s cuisine.

Thanks to the fusion of native and foreign products, and the great  contribution of ethnic groups coming from Africa and Asia during colonial and republican times is that Peruvian cuisine has reached a unique personality and richness. This art has caught the world´s attention and has given us a wide range of possibilities for those in search of new flavours and sensations.
It is with this option that we open a new cultural chapter that we are confident will  satisfy those people who love a good meal.
