Day 01 ARRIVAL IN LIMA (154 m.a.s.l.)
Arrival at Lima airport. Reception and transfer and accommodation in hotel. Overnight.

Day 02 LIMA  (AB)
Morning at leisure to rest, private activities or optional excursions. In the afternoon visit the colonial and modern city. Overnight.

Day 03 LIMA / AREQUIPA (2,335 m.a.s.l.) (AB)
Transfer from the hotel to the airport. Departure on scheduled flight to Arequipa. Arrival in Arequipa., reception and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, tour of the city and the Santa Catalina Convent. Overnight.

Day 04 AREQUIPA / CUSCO (3,399 m.a.s.l.)   
Transfer from the hotel to the airport. Departure on scheduled flight to Cusco. Arrival in Cusco, reception, transfer and accommodation in hotel. In the afternoon, visit the “barrios” and the city´s historical monuments as well as the nearby ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. Overnight.

Day 05 Cusco / SACRED VALLEY (2,846 m.a.s.l.)
Full day excursion to the valley of the Urubamba river (also called Wilcamayo or Vilcanota) best known as the Sacred Valley because in the place, grains and corn were farmed for the Inca, his family and the priestly caste. Morning visit to the town of Pisac and its handicraft market. In the afternoon, visit Ollantaytambo´s fortress. Late afternoon , accommodation at the hotel in the Sacred Valley. Overnight.

Day 06 SACRED VALLEY / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO   (2,060 m.a.s.l.) (AB – L)
Transfer from the hotel to Ollantaytambo´s station. Departure to Aguas Calientes on backpacker train. Arrival and transfer on an urban minivan to Machu Picchu´s entrance. Guided visit of the ruins. Afternoon transfer to Aguas Calientes and return to Cusco on backpacker train. Arrival at Cusco´s station, reception and transfer to hotel. Overnight.

Day 07 CUSCO / PUNO (3,827 m.a.s.l.) (AB – L)
Transfer from the hotel to bus station. Departure to Puno in public tour bus assisted by English / Spanish speaking guide (km. 396, 8-hour trip approx.) . During the journey visit the town and church of Andahuaylillas and the ruins of Raqchi. Brief visit to la Raya mountain pass at 4,325 m.a.s.l. In the afternoon, before arriving to Puno visit the ruins of Pukara. Arrival in Puno, reception, transfer and accommodation in hotel. Overnight..   

Day 08 PUNO / LIMA (3,827 m.a.s.l.)
Morning excursion in Lake Ttitcaca and visit to the floating islands of the Uros. Afternoon transfer to Juliaca´s airport During the transfer, visit Sillustani Necropolis, on the shores of Lake Umayo. Departure on scheduled flight to Lima. Arrival in Lima. Reception and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 09 DEPARTURE FROM LIMA
Transfer from hotel to airport at an appropriate time.
